YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY IS OUR TOP PRIORITY, BEGINNING BEFORE YOU COME INTO OUR OFFICE.





Pre-visit Screening

We’ll give you a call before your appointment to ask if you’ve been sick, or close contact with someone who has been. If so, we’ll ask you to reschedule very quickly and easily!


Contactless check-in

Upon arrival, we’ll have you call or send us a text message. When your appointment is ready for you, we’ll let you know! In the meantime, you can remain safe in your car or outside of the office.

Temperature check

With a contactless thermometer, we will get a quick read of your body temperature. If you happen to be feverish, we’ll ask you to reschedule when you’re feeling better. We also rigorously screen and assess every team member daily to ensure your safety and that of the rest of the team.


Masks provided

We do require you to sanitize your hands and wear a mask in the office. If you forgot to bring your own, we will have extras available to you!


Social distancing maintained

We’ll require everyone to maintain six feet of separation as they move through the office.


Staggered visit times

To minimize the spread of COVID-19, we have staggered appointment times to keep the office free and spacious.

Sterilized equipment

All of our dental equipment is either single-use or thoroughly sterilized after each and every use. All areas of the office are also regularly sanitized.


Enhanced PPE

Our team will be wearing gloves, masks, gowns, and face shields for the duration of your visit.


Safety Updates

We are closely monitoring the Ontario Ministry of Health as well as our governing bodies (RCDSO, CDA, and CDHO). As they update their guidelines, we will update our safety practices in real-time.
